We have all been there. Luckily, we are usually not in handcuffs and in dire need of help from an officer of the law.

Indeed. That and the very fact that the guy asks them to scratch them. I mean, I can't think of any time I would ask another man to put his fingernails on my genatalia. And if I ever do, you can rest assured, they REALLY need scratching. That is why I kinda' feel sorry for this crab-infested guy:)
